About the Role
Wonderkind is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Acquisition team. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech company at the intersection of AI, recruitment, and marketing. You’ll be an integral part of our commercial team, taking ownership of key responsibilities from day one while developing both your professional and personal skill set.
Wonderkind’s technology helps organizations attract the right talent by promoting job opportunities through smart algorithms across social media platforms. As we continue to expand into new markets, our Acquisition team plays a crucial role in identifying high-potential leads and building strong client relationships.
What you’ll learn & do
- Leverage AI-driven tools to research and qualify leads and prospects
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials
- Get hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to align on commercial goals
- Assist in meetings and client interactions to support sales cycles
- Take part in strategic commercial initiatives with a measurable impact
- Explore growth opportunities and take ownership of your personal development within Wonderkind

What we’re looking for
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German are a plus
- A strong communicator with a hands-on attitude and eagerness to learn
- Availability for a full-time internship (preferably 4–6 months)
- Interest in sales, marketing, and the tech industry
