In response to the market experience we’ve gained throughout the years, feedback from our valuable customer base and redefinition of our positioning in the Talent Attraction space, we’re excited to announce that as of today, we’re rebranding.
We’ve translated the revised strategy into three spearheads which focuses on talent-centric businesses such as Staffing & Recruitment Marketing firms to help them attract high-quality candidates, faster and effortlessly. The update on our brand and messaging accurately depict who we are, where we stand for and what we have to offer. Perfectly in line with our strategy.
While the rebranding is a significant change, our core belief hasn’t changed. Wonderkind inspires millions of candidates to do the job they really love.
The new message
Wonderkind has defined three value pillars that differentiate us as one of the best options for Talent Attraction Technology for leading companies in the People Business across the world such as Staffing & Recruitment Marketing Agencies, RPOs, Job boards, Recruitment Tech and Employers.
In the process of defining the Value Pillars, we’ve used the increasingly important factors “convenience” and “quality” as starting point. We truly believe that these future directed value pillars help our (future) customers to respond to the demands they are and will be facing with Talent Attraction.

The new logo
As part of our rebranding strategy, Wonderkind will change its logo to support the brand name in a better way. We truly believe there’s a Wonderkind (One of a kind, unique Talent) in all of us. With our renewed Talent Attraction Technology, we enable our users to deliver visual content to specific interest-based talent segments on platforms they’re using on a daily basis. We want to encourage talent to do the job they really love. The job that matches their interests.
To us, an Astronaut reflects the ultimate Talent. The acceptance rate for Astronauts at NASA is minuscule, between 0.04% and 0.08%. Becoming a professional soccer player or singer is much easier.
NASA’s basic requirements are a bachelor’s degree in engineering, biological science, physical science, computer science or mathematics, followed by three years of professional experience (or 1,000 hours of pilot-in-command time in jet aircraft). Furthermore, an Astronaut is the ultimate multi-talent who speaks Russian fluently, has maintenance and repair skills and should have great leadership skills. A set off skills you won’t find quickly.
In total, 566 from 41 countries have gone into space. Of those, only 12 walked on the moon. In short, they represent the talents of the world population combined. It reflects the ultimate talent and symbolises a true Wonderkind.
The new website
As you’ve noticed, we’ve launched a new website, consistent with the new and improved brand direction. You’ll notice similar updates across all Wonderkind materials over the coming weeks, ensuring consistency and quality in all that we do.
